We've all been raised doing it and it's great fun: cycling! Spinning draws its inspiration from this everyday activity.
It's the perfect indoor cycling program for anyone who wants to lose weight and work on their endurance. This workout leads to fast results because of the rapid fat burning that takes place. In other words: perfect for thighs, stomach and legs. Great music will inspire you to find that extra bit of energy to ride along on the perfect cycling route!
Spinning is for anyone who wants to work out with a clear goal. Spinning will challenge you to go as far as you can go, and your coach will help motivate you week after week. Young or old, man or woman, beginner or advanced: everyone is invited to work on their own goals in a group.
Most important item: the fun-factor. Working with nice Latin and disco moves this lesson is a real must as a fat burner, condition training and muscles enhancer.
The nice choreos on inspiring Latin music or motown disco are taught very basically to make sure everyone can participate.

Behind, belly, legs and chest. The BBB workout is a low entry-level class that focuses on strengthening these classic ‘problem zones’. These classes are soft on your back and don’t require a lot of coordination.
The use of (small) weights, dynabands and elastics is allowed. You will achieve results quickly thanks to successive series of high and low combinations, and the cardiovascular series will speed up fat burning.
This class is open to both beginners and advanced participants; our teachers will adjust the series to everyone’s individual level.
